Syncnapse
An AI teammate that joins your call, listens, speaks when it is addressed, and turns the meeting into company memory your organisation owns.
Most meeting bots only take notes, and the ones that talk interrupt. We wanted a teammate that knows when to speak, and remembers only what a person approves.
How it works
- Joins
- Hears
- Addressed?
- My turn?
- Answers
- Remembers
Joins the call
A meeting bot joins Google Meet, Teams or Zoom like any participant and streams the audio in.
Hears every turn
Speech to text and turn detection split the conversation into who said what, and when they finished.
Was it spoken to?
An addressing router decides whether a turn is meant for the agent. Most of my week went into tuning this one file.
Is it a good moment?
A floor controller holds the reply until speaking would not cut anyone off.
Answers out loud
The reply is spoken back into the call. Task routing suggests whether follow-up work goes to a person, an agent or both, with its reasoning.
Remembers, with approval
A slower worker proposes what should become company memory. A person approves it, and permission layers decide who can read it.
My part
- Kept the API contract stable while four teammates rebuilt the layers beneath it.
- Split the monorepo into packages so five people shipped in parallel with zero merge disasters.
- Wrote the conventions down so nobody had to ask twice.
- Tuned the router and floor controller until the agent stopped talking over people.
- Pitched it to the judges. It won the track at Agentic AI Build Week 2026.
Let's ship something real.
